La nouvelle est tombée vers 18h, le 1er août aura lieu un nouveau VyRT avec Tomo. L'heure n'est pas encore fixée mais ce sera des recettes végétariennes et il tient à prouver aux gens que contrairement aux idées reçues, on n'a pas forcément de carences quand on ne mange pas de viande.

Je ne suis pas chez moi jusqu'à samedi donc je ne peux pas tout mettre en détail comme je voudrais mais il devrait y avoir un voire des guests.

J'ai fait des captures du chat d'hier et j'ai tout recopié ce matin mais il faut que je trouve un moment pour le faire parce qu'avec BB c'est un peu plus long que sur l'ordi :/

So, for taco time with Tomo we had a party with friends which was fun. This time I plan to bring it back to school a bit.
I wanna get into some of the myths about animal based proteins, and to show that it's possible to get all you need with veggies only...

So, CWT3 will have vegetarian food, options for meat eaters of course, hopefully a very special guest, and lots of goods education.

Si c'est comme les fois précédentes, du moins dans mes souvenirs, les ingrédients et les recettes étaient postés quelques jours avant le live de façon à ce que les participants se préparent.

Tomo : All of these dishes will be able to stay fresh in the fridge for at least 3-4 days

Rawaa : why make a dish that can be stored?
Tomo : I want people to make fresh food, from scratch. As always focusing on local fresh produce.
Tomo : Rawaa, the reason for this is for people  who are busy and want to make a bunch of food on a certain day for the week.
Tomo : I as always want to encourage all of you to explore your local farmers markets to get the benefits of real, fresh food.

Tomo : Beatrice, the individual ingredients themselves will not be expensive. But I will assume that you have certain pantry items and equipment.
Tomo : On that note, I will be posting the ingredients list and equipment needed as soon as I get home from Europe on the 26th or 27th.

Nadine : Tomo, will you give tips to us non vegetarian/vegan on how to make the transition?
Tomo : Nadine, great question! My very special guest Brendan Brazier is one of the worlds foremost authorities on plant-based nutrition and he will help!
Tomo : Nadine, the transition is not completely easy, but it is completely doable and Brendan will be able to help clear a lot of that up.

Andreea BS : tomo will you ever cook raw vegan food?
Tomo : Andreea, on this particular episode everything will be cooked but we will be discussing raw as well.

Tomo : Don’t forget, the meat and dairy industry in just the US alone is nearly 500 billion annually!

Tomo : Thrilly, I actually prefer to obtain my problem from different veg and grains. Quinoa for instance is a complete protein.

Il y aura un Vyrt Violet gratuit ce soir à 21h (heure française) avec Tomo pour son CWT3 ! C'était initialement prévu pour hier à 21h mais ils l'ont décalé à aujourd'hui (ça en a mis plus d'un en colère d'ailleurs  Rire1 )

Pour ce second invité "très spécial", Tomo a dit que c'était une personne importante pour lui et le groupe, et ce depuis longtemps. Je sais plus comment il a tourné ça mais sur le coup, je sais pas pourquoi, j'ai pensé à André, et puis j'ai réalisé qu'il n'y avait aucune raison du fait que la majorité des personnes qui suivront le VyRT n'ont aucune idée de qui il est  Caché ! 

Et voilà les "ingrédients" de la pâte à pizza (il manque les quantités, je sais, elles devraient arriver soon avec le reste de la liste) et la recette :

Lean Dough Neapolitan style (for pizza)

Ingredients
Bread flour (100%)
Active Dry-Yeast (1.5%)
Very Warm Water (65%)

Method
Scale Flour, Yeast, and Sea Salt in a mixing bowl and incorporate thoroughly.
Add very warm water and mix with hands just until no more dry flour remains.
Tightly cover with plastic and let sit 8-12 hours

Remove from bowl onto lightly floured board or counter-top and divide into four balls.
Place into freezer safe zip-lock bags and let ferment for an additional 2-4 days, longer means more flavor as the dough sours.

After fermentation remove from bags and ball up the dough on the bench, and bench rest for an additional two hours before using.

Pre-Heat oven to at least 550 degrees Fahrenheit (287 Celsius) with baking stone on bottom rack, or even directly onto the bottom of the oven. Do this for at least an hour prior to baking.
Flatten and roll dough into desired shape and thickness, thinner is better, dress with toppings and let sit for up to another 15 minutes before baking.
Use a bakers peel or floured cutting board to carefully slide pizza onto baking stone, and bake for about 7-12 minutes depending on your oven this time may vary.
You want the hottest possible oven for this.

Carefully remove from oven with bakers peel or large spatula and let sit for a minute or two before cutting.

En effet le VyRT Violet a bien eu lieu cette fois  Clin d\'oeil c'était la première fois que je regardais un "Cooking with Tomo" (en même temps c'était gratuit donc autant en profiter!) et c'était assez marrant (bien que étrange comme concept quand même).

Je suis aussi hyper intriguée par ce deuxième invité surprise... un ami de longue date qui a un rapport avec 30 Seconds to Mars ??  Réflechi et Yasir a insisté sur le fait que les fans allaient vraiment aaadorer ce second invité !

Pour ceux qui voudraient le voir, voici le dl que j'ai fait avec Camtasia (c'était assez compliqué parce que je n'ai plus internet depuis jeudi, depuis les violents orages en fait, mais heureusement grâce à la 3G et mon portable dont j'ai pu me servir comme point-Wifi, j'ai récupéré un semblant d'internet... ma "box" c'était donc mon téléphone portable  Rire2 système D hein tant que ça marche... ce qui m'a d'ailleurs étonné parce que la 3G c'est pas toujours du rapide rapide... alors bien évidemment il y a un petit bug à un moment de 30 secondes parce que je captais plus   mais il ne s'est rien passé d'important et c'était vers la fin... bon mode *racontage de vie* off)
